Dynamic Range
Threshold Setting
Pulsed Signal

-35 to -20 dBm
-31 to +10 dBm
Flatness ±1.5 dB max.
Propagation Delay 15 nsec. max.
Output TTL compatible
Pulse Stretching 200 nsec. max
VSWR 2.5:1 typ
Threshold Uncertainty ±0.75 dB max
Threshold Setting 0 to 4 volts
  1. Pulsed signal should be at least 4dB above the threshold setting.

  2. Pulse response is 30 nsec. pulse with to CW.

  3. Max Input Power without damage is +15 dBm.

  4. Voltage Control Pin (V.C.) sets the threshold setting and can be set externally by the user. The unit is preset to minimum level internally. It is not necessary to use the pin (V.C) unless the threshold setting needs to be higher than specified min. level.

  5. To set the threshold setting to a higher level also improves response time.
